"Very disappointing stay. The hotel is extremely outdated and poorly maintained. The room smelled bad and there was dust everywhere, which made it feel very dirty and uncomfortable. It did not feel clean at all. The service was also poor and unprofessional. We chose this hotel for a special day, and unfortunately the experience really ruined the mood for us. This place needs serious improvements in cleanliness, maintenance, and customer service. I would not recommend staying here."

SAT IN PITCH DARK WITH NO AC, WIFI, ELEVATOR ACCESS, ABILITY TO CHARGE ANYTHING, ETC. - Killed a bug in the shower - Shower handle fell off multiple times, bathroom is tiny - Walls are so thin, you’ll be up all night from people going in and out - You can’t eat anything with all the pigeons everywhere. Girlfriend refused to eat after the first day - Ruined entire trip after being woke up to madness the first night the power went out and continued to go out throughout the trip - Tiny concrete pool area that is packed all day so you can’t use it - Room got drenched from the fridge / freezer when power went out, ruined my fruit Just absolutely ruined my trip to Miami that I looked forward to for many months.
