"We had an amazing vacation at Dreams Aventuras Playa del Carmen. What made the experience even more memorable was the staff, who went above and beyond the typical all-inclusive service. From Emilio, our concierge, to Amado and Jazi, the bartenders at the Preferred restaurant; Roberto at the pool and cabanas; and Katya and Karen serving drinks and food—everyone was incredibly kind, professional, and always smiling.
