"Great location, heaps of off street parking, and good size rooms"

"Staff helped me with arranging late check-in and seemed quite friendly and professional. Parking is convenient with on site parking. The room looked clean but unfortunately there were roaches, so I left in the middle of the night. If it wasn’t for this bug incident, taking into account friendliness of staff and the room’s superficial condition I would have given it 5 stars."

"Great location. Quick, short walk to the mall with supermarkets etc. Apartments had good car parking and room was a good size, with small balcony. Superficially the room was clean and tidy but there were stains on bed, curtains and carpet. The bedside cabinet drawers and door frames were quite unpleasant. Water pressure was just enough. I was visiting friends nearby so the location was great for me and the room was adequate as I really only needed somewhere to sleep, otherwise I wouldn't be in a hurry to return."

"Parking was easy - even though on a main intersection in Sunnybank, traffic noise wasn't a problem. Property is old but comfortable for short stays. Hotel offers good food and is surrounded by many restaurants within easy walk. Shopping centre immediately across the road - Coles, KMart, Woolworths, banks etc. Easy public transport to the city from the bus stop on the KMart side - 50c bus fares make getting around very easy, especially to the city."

"We loved our stay here! We stayed for 5 nights in a 2 bedroom villa. The room was clean and quite spacious, which made it very comfortable for a longer stay. Restaurant staff were lovely and food was delicious. Property itself was very large & well maintained. We had a sporting event at Nissan arena, 5 minutes drive down the road so it was very convenient. We could have walked if needed, but we just got an uber everyday with no issues. Would definitely recommend to others and will stay here again."
