"Es la segunda vez que me hospedo en el hotel. Y de verdad que me encanta el trato tan amable del personal, comenzando con el de seguridad y terminando con los empleados del front desk!!! Definitivamente Vuelvo. Todos son muy amables, el hotel limpio."

"I come to NYC regularly. I expect a small room. What I do not expect is something as small as a large closet where I have to stand in a corner to let my spouse go around to the other side of the bed. There was no dresser, no closet. There was room to hang about five things. The temperature in the room never got below 72, which was far too warm, and it was humid in there. The elevator system is terrible. The average wait to get downstairs was 20 minutes. One time it was an hour after waiting, giving up and coming back several times. We finally had to call for a staff member to bring an elevator to our floor so we could get down. The breakfast was terrible and overly crowded. There was never anywhere to sit. You had to eat standing up while waiting for someone to abandon their table. One morning a staff member was screaming and signing about birthdays… all before coffee, which was very unpleasant. The only good thing about this place is the location."

"The rooms were not as advertised. Extremely small & severely outdated. Had hair on the supposedly fresh towels. The bathroom walls & floor were soaked with condensation from the shower. Definitely a slip & fall waiting to happen. No ventilation in the room or bathroom. It’s either extremely hot/humid. Noise from other floors & doors slamming. The cleaning crew have no awareness that guests might be sleeping so they proceed to move about making all the noise in the world. We had no choice but to stay. Surrounding hotels were either booked solid or extremely costly. Not to mention being threatened with a huge on site cancellation fee if we were to cancel. This was my first time in New York & I will not recommend this hotel as an option."

"In terms of cleanliness, spaciousness (for budget hotel in New York), decor, vibe and location, There were no real amenities but I wouldn't expect any at this price point. I would have given this hotel 4.5 stars except for one thing. The WIFI was awful, terrible, appallingly bad. I could barely check my email and forget about streaming anything. I almost gave the hotel 2 stars because of it."
