Great hotel and staff were great but the fact you had to pay for literally everything in the room was not well communicated and so charging for teabags and coffee was a bit of a shock.

The price was right but the rooms are small (typical for NYC) and very, very old. The bathroom/shower are also not great. The hotel needs an update badly, especially the rugs, but then it would probably be less affordable. The location is great and very convenient!

Rooms were not clean. Dusty floors, showers and fixtures like lamps and table ( I had a suite) . The couch in the suite was horrible. The shower was broken so I had to rig it to use it.
