"Lock box code as visible on app and via email incorrect. Eventually contacted host after finding alternate accommodation and correct code was given by host so we stayed the 2nd night. Expedia app doesn't handle VRBO booking messaging or host contact at all. Only managed to contact owner on web after checking in somewhere else."

They even left us a basket of goodies on the kitchen bench! Their home was immaculate, very spacious, modern and cosy and the beds were very comfortable."
