Was hard to book into as no one was in reception at 4pm in the afternoon and the king room was so tiny and basic. Crunchy carpet,but bed sheets were clean but hard bed. Pool was small and looked murky. Long grass all outside of pool area and weeds.

Room was clean. Complimentary continental breakfast was good. Good location.

Overall great stay. It sure how many of their stays are two nights like us, but having handy the top things to do in town and in the area would be great. Better yet, offer to send it in advance. The other thing I would say is that there needs to be more hooks on the walls so two people can each hang a towel, toiletries bag plus clothes you plan to put on after a shower. This is consistently an observation for all accommodations.

I had a really lovely and comfortable stay here. The staff were incredibly kind, friendly and responsive from the very beginning. They kindly accommodated an early check-in for me, which I really appreciated, and although my circumstances changed and I wasn’t able to make use of it as I had originally planned, their flexibility meant a lot. They were also happy to look after my luggage after check-out, which made everything so much easier. The location is fantastic, very central and convenient for getting around Launceston. Overall, I felt very well looked after and would happily stay here again. Thank you for making my stay so easy and comfortable!
