Small but fine. You have all you need. Inconvenient at the beginning because the sink was blocked and need to ask for support. But it was solved quickly.

Our first try at "aparthotel" and we really liked it being spacious with a bedroom and balcony, equipped with a kitchen, and so conveniently located just around the corner of Place Massena. So many top attractions nearby and so many restaurant options around the area! Staff was wonderful too with early check-in and helping resolve the safe issue...etc. Just note that the office is open only from 8am to 8pm! Will definitely book again when we re-visit Nice!

Didn’t eat at the hotel. Great location for sightseeing and shopping.

Rooms are small but expected in a city. Arrived late one evening & check in was good. The bathroom was so small & a tiny shower tray so we changed rooms the next day. Larger shower tray & room seemed more updated. Good breakfast. Did not use any facilities such as rooftop.
