"Dirty pool, thin walls, terrible breakfast choice"

"The property has a lot of potential if it was cared for. The views/pool are the highlight. The property was not cleaned up, many of the personal items of the owner are there. No smart TV, no English guides for check in, septic issues and smell in half of home. "

"16th Century home in the hills above Grasse with an amazing terrace where you can see the Mediterranean. Family run with a dining room for guests where I chose to eat both nights I was there. Delicious and fantastic service. 30 minute walk to town where all the perfumeries and shopping are. I would definitely stay here again if in Grasse. "

"Lovely, well equipped house. We had a wonderful holiday here using it as a base to explore the Cote D’Azur. Christophe the owner responded to our queries and requests really quickly. House and pool are co- located within grounds of owners home. Saint Vallier de Thiey is a nice village in mountains. Lots of activities within an hours drive (both on coast and inland). "

"Fantastic stay! This home was absolutely ideal for our friends reunion. The place is located on a scenic property offering a lot of privacy, and consists of two houses that are next to each other, with plenty of space for dinner gatherings and outdoor activities. Great communication with the local property manager who made our stay seamless. Easy parking and quick drive to all major attractions in the area. Highly recommend!"

"The villa is in a fantastic area really close to Grasse but still in a lovely quiet village. The check in with Esther was thorough although we prefer to look around the villa by ourselves. The layout of the bedrooms is quirky but suited us perfectly. The Kitchen is well stocked and had everything we needed. The pool is superb and a wonderful area to relax and cool off. The drive is steep but we were told about it and were prepared. We had a large people carrier which was perhaps not the easiest to manage but we soon mastered the driveway. The village and surrounding area has lots of lovely restaurants and every meal we had was delicious. The supermarkets are close and have a brilliant selection of fresh meats for the BBQ. We had a fantastic holiday and would definitely recommend. "
