A gem of a modest inn in the heart of Mouans--grac

Low-keyed value in a most convenient location, including proximity to very special fragrance-focused botanical garden, a sweet old town, the fragrance factories and restaurants. Terrific terrace with hot (though not very) tub and pretty view. Stumbled onto a lovely, lovely walk in an elegant residential area along a canal (well worth trying to get guidance to it).

Lovely place , surround it by cafés and restaurants, a convenient grocery store next to it, clean a confortable bed, the only thing I wish they had was a coffeemaker in the room, but they help me bringing one to my room after I request it, 18 to 20 minutes from Cannes, and yes again I will recommend it.

Good stay. Small quaint central hotel close to all the places I needed to be - Cannes, Mougins etc. Loved the daily markets across the hotel and there were some really good restaurants and shops for basic things next to this hotel. I wish I explored the area locally.

Short winter break

Lovely hotel for a short stay, clean and comfortable, helpful staff. As for the area, there are very few places to go to eat or drink in the evening, it may well be different in the summer.

Great Stay but Limited Parking available

We loved staying at this charming hotel in the heart of Mouans-Sartoux. 100% recommend. The only thing to be aware of is that the on-site parking has a limited number of first-come-first-served spaces. We checked in in the early evening when the lot was practically empty. Then we took the car to go out for the evening and when we got back the lot was completely full. I was able to find a free space on the street for over night and moved the car into the lot in the morning.

Parking difficilement accessible. La chambre #3 donne sur un cours avec des machines qui font de la bruit toute la journée et la nuit. La salle de bain est à la limite d'état acceptable, porte de douche non étanche, meuble cassé, sèche cheveux cassé et recollé avec des scotch, VMC ne marche pas… la climatisation et le chauffage coupent après 180 minutes (programmé par l’établissement), donc la nuit il faisait froid dans la chambre (au mois de décembre). Plus jamais et je le déconseille.

Service très agréable et disponible. Remise des clés à l'arrivée en avance et sans négociation. Seul bémol: le lit double est constitué de 2 lits simples collés mais avec un espace entre les 2 donc peu confortable. Clim ne fonctionnait apparemment pas bien. Dommage, l'hôtel est très bien placé dans Mouans-Sartoux, au calme... et la terrasse est un très bon point !

Tout est ok, propre, qualité litterie très bien, bien situé, grand parking public juste derrière. Acceuil nuit monsieur très sympatique. C'est juste l'insonorisation qui est déplorable, on entend tout de la chambre à côté. Dimension des lits un peu juste mais de qualité.

Pour économiser trop on détruit le service hotelie

Le réception est supposé être ouverte dès 16h, nous sommes arrivés à 16h30 et il n’y avait personne. La climatisation ne produit pas d’aire frais donc on s'étouffe à 2 dans la chambre. Le code de Wifi était nécessaire mais a demander à la réception qui a été fermée. Le petit déjeuner les week-ends commence à 8h…donc pas de petit déjeuner pour nous.

Il est stipulé une chambre et on dort sur un canapé lit avec un sommier de 9 cm de haut. La moitié du lit est enfermé dans un encadrement bois de 1m ce qui fait qu’en plus de l’inconfort il faut sauter par dessus son conjoint pour se lever… à éviter à tout prix !
