Everything was clean and accessible. Decent food delivered via room service and staff were friendly & polite. Had a great family room with separate bedroom for us, two tv’s and a modern bathroom with good shower

Good service, cleanness breakfast
The hotel provide good service especially for cleanness, breakfast and air conditioning. In summer season, some hotels around the hotel has no air conditioner then the hotel would be night mare. But the hotel has air conditioner. I use this hotel quite often. The breakfast is also good.

Great hotel and convenient location
Great service with family focus. All staff (reception, restaurant, bar) were very friendly with great service. I would recommend the restaurant for dinner. Location is also convenient for visit to the old city with bus stops within a few minutes walk from the hotel.

I had booked my stay around 2 months prior to check-in yet when i arrived, I was told there was no booking in the system. I then had around 2 hours of waiting and trying to check-in before being given a twin (although I had booked a Double). I also had two more bookings for the following weeks, one was in the system and one again was not. I work away every week and I have never had this issue through Hotels.com. I was offered a free drink as an apology but the whole process was very drawn out. I had to speak to around 4/5 different members of staff to try and find / correct the bookings. Other than this, location was fine as it was close enough to get to work and close enough to the city center for evening meals. Wifi in the rooms are terrible as the connection repeatedly drops out. Personally wouldn't stay again after this stay.

Good choice for us
Overall a pleasant stay. The hotel is in need of some upgrading The room was small but all of the space was well organised as was the bathroom. The hotel is located on a quiet street some way from the city centre but buses are frequent. The staff are pleasant helpful and speak good English.

I didn’t like how the room temperatures were controllled by the front desk. It was too warm in our room and we would open the window only to have people smoking outside. The bed was also too hard for our liking. Staff was friendly. There is also an underground garage.

This worse thing about this hotel is the location. It is in an industrial area next to apartments. However, it is right off the highway and the area is fairly quiet. The restaurant was excellent. Some but not all of the staff spoke English and it had amenities that I did not find else where such as a coffee maker in the room. consistently working wi-fi and a washer and dryer on site.

Clean modern and comfortable.
Dont let the semi-industrial surroundings put you off, this is a great hotel for business or pleasure. Restaurant serves great food, but you need to be a little patient! Rooms are in great condition with plenty of space.

Great place, but a bit far from the Centre
This hotel offers excellent value for money. The hotel is clean, the rooms are quite spacious and staff are very helpful - so this is a highly recommended place. The only disadvantage is that the hotel is a bit far outside, so it is probably only a good place to stay if you have your own car.

We were revisiting Regensburg as we come from her twin town in Scotland. I visited Regensburg 61 years ago on the first ever student exchange between the two cities and have fond memories. With my husband, we have made many revisits over the years.

Convenient and renovated
We were lucky to have a suite that was recently renovated. The bathroom was large, free wifi and free parking. Hotel was about 4 km outside of town but room price much cheaper than old town

Nice and Functional
We wanted a modern place to stay that was close to the city and an easy drive there. This worked for us. The room was comfortable and an easy place to stay, with multiple TV channels. They have good parking (for a fee). We did not eat at the hotel. We have usually stayed in the city and did not like driving on the narrow streets near those places. This was a better choice for us.

Road trip stop.
Stop over stay on a long trip. Lovely room for us and two babies. Lots of space for all the baby baggage, restful night and a great breakfast. Has secure parking which we needed due to having a full car and roof box, and it was free. Clearance in the car park is 2 meters. Close to the motorway and easy to find.very friendly staff.

one night stop over just off the highway which was great fantastic wellness to chill out after a long drive.staff was all very friendly we had 2 little dogs with us and they both got a presentfrom the hotel food beer wine all very good will stop here again next time we are passing.

It was a much needed rest during our travels through Europe. Absolutely fantastic hotel! Staff are really friendly and the breakfast is a must have - delicious and plenty of choice!
