I had booked my stay around 2 months prior to check-in yet when i arrived, I was told there was no booking in the system. I then had around 2 hours of waiting and trying to check-in before being given a twin (although I had booked a Double). I also had two more bookings for the following weeks, one was in the system and one again was not.
I work away every week and I have never had this issue through Hotels.com. I was offered a free drink as an apology but the whole process was very drawn out. I had to speak to around 4/5 different members of staff to try and find / correct the bookings.
Other than this, location was fine as it was close enough to get to work and close enough to the city center for evening meals.
Wifi in the rooms are terrible as the connection repeatedly drops out.
Personally wouldn't stay again after this stay.
