"Really wonderful experience. Better service than I’ve received fdom 5 star hotels. Clean, comfy beds. The TV in our room didn’t work properly, and the staff addressed it right away- quickly fixing the problem. Will be back, and recommending to others when traveling to LA. "

"Staff is always very friendly an accommodating. We alwys get early check in because we go dor my daughters dance intensive on NoHo 3x a year and are there early. Rolm is always teady by noon. We get the suite with the twin bed . Great littel area for my daughter. Rooms are always clean My only complaint is that this time we had to use the heater because its wintwr and cold and the heater made a clicking sound all night that kept me up . I didnt complain because we have never had those issues before and honestly we love this hotel. It was a vit annoying but nit enough to keep me from going back."
