The room was spotless. Management was very helpful. Cleaning staff were very pleasant and helpful. I requested a new iron and they brought it to me within a few minutes. The breakfast was quite good. The location was easily accessible from the freeway, and to the airports.

This hotel was fine for the most part but we did get towels that were stained . And rooms were a bit dirty. Shower was handicap and water kept coming out. Beds were comfortable . Elevators are old. Security is bell man, room service and valet all in one. Security needs a raise.

Staff had friends/family there at night who left trash on the floor that was yet to be cleaned up the next morning, in room bathrooms had no fan and moisture is causing the ceiling to bubble, lobby or elevators were not clean or cleaned while we were there (chocolate cleared on tiles that was still there the next day), the breakfast was pretty good, and the outside was not maintained.
