"Wonderfully clean establishment, great customer service. Only thing is the parking now being run separately by Metropolis - set-up was cumbersome and did not work well. Furthermore, corporate account typically covered on-site parking and now it no longer is included."

"Location was great! Close to Union Square, shopping and dining. The 2 restaurants could be improved, Kan Pai is the only dinner dining restaurant. Seems more like a lounge/bar and a bit noisey. Anzu which i was hoping to have dinner at, is the nicer and more formal restaurant, but only open for breakfast. Need to have more dinner options. We had to walk to the Westin to eat at Bourbon Steak which was super loud."
