"Customer service on phone and in person was excellent. Staff went over and above. Nothing was a bother. Beautiful Christmas stocking on front door Christmas Day. Stylish decor, great kitchen space and very comfortable beds and pillows. Lift was out of service a couple of times but easy enough to use stairs. Great coffee. A very happy stay. Thankyou we will be back."

The games room had enough to keep us entertained through the storm and the pool didn't disappoint either. We'll definitely be coming back again."
