"When we arrived at the property, the clerk who helped him was very rude and not very friendly. The hallway was pretty dirty, including the stairways. Our room was not as nice and there was a lot of things missing like a hairdryer. The continent of breakfast was very minimal. I would not stay at this location again."

"Room was clean and spacious with huge windows. Sushi restaurant on the 12th floor was spectacular with cute views. Hotel would be 10/10 with a pool & hot tub! "

"I had such high hopes for my stay at Tenaya Lodge at Yosemite, especially given the beautiful location and everything it promises but unfortunately, my experience didn’t live up to that at all. From the start, things just felt off. Service was inconsistent, and it often felt like basic hospitality details were overlooked. There were multiple moments where I had to follow up or figure things out on my own, which took away from what was supposed to be a relaxing getaway. For a place that markets itself as a luxury mountain retreat, I expected a lot more attentiveness and care. The environment itself is undeniably beautiful ,Yosemite is stunning ,but the experience inside the lodge didn’t match that energy. When you’re paying for a certain level of comfort and service, those little things really matter, and unfortunately, they added up. I’m sharing this not to be negative, but to be honest. I really wanted to love this place, and maybe others have had better experiences, but mine just wasn’t it. If you’re planning a trip, just go in with realistic expectations the location is incredible, but the stay itself may not match"
