"The hotel is very well located if you are going to be at the KiCC or anything in the near CBD. The staff is very welcoming and friendly, especially Carol at the front desk. The hotel has 3 restaurants so you are sorted for meals. Great place, I highly recommend it."

The building and room can be updated.The bathroom flooded eveytime l showered. I needed extra towel to wipe the floor everytime. The menu in the resturant should have more selection. Entertaintment is solely needed. The issue of paying with a card continually was promblematic."
