It was quiet and clean plenty of hot water only thing was the bed was too soft and you felt like sinking in it

The owners TonyandDonna are such great and friendly hosts. Was surprised they were still offering breakfast,as it said on the web it was over,so very nice surprise. The waffles were delicious. Thanks again. Will definitely stay there next time we’re in Radium

This is a family owned motel and is very clean and comfortable. There are beautiful flower baskets still in early October! The owner helped us in with our luggage as she saw my husband had an injury - how kind! They also serve a homemade breakfast - I can’t comment on because we weren’t able to go. I would recommend this spot!

the best part about this property was FOR SURE the owners and their welcoming and warm attitude and willingness to accommodate and help in any way. No amount of super modern or super amenities can top that kind of service. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, and the breakfast area is lovely.

Room does not have a chair which is weird! The male owner was very rude. The female owner was more gentle, but she was reminding guests every now and then not to waste food, and keep their room clean. Some breakfast eggs were rotten. Totally not recommended.

I think your mindset that it is ok to waste food and leaving the room with stained linens and allow children play with the expensive lock system is ok then it is fair that you should be guests elsewhere. The eggs are fresh every day thus is not true.

Nice hotel stay in Radium hot spring
This is newly renovated hotel with the new owner. They take care about their customers. Early morning breakfast they welcome everyone and make freshly waffle for while family. Nice location and very clean inside with all kitchnette. I love to stay with my family and would recommend to everyone for staying this place.

Excellent experience
The owners were very friendly and helpful. There was a free breakfast every morning consisting of a large waffle with fruit and whip cream. Also other choices as well. Also provided free towels to use at the hot springs.

Our first time here but not our last. We were greeted by Tony and personally shown to our room and given the tour and information about the hotel and extras. Many BBQ’s available for use, fully equipped cupboards for home meals. Fresh waffles with fruit and whipped cream prepared for us along with yogurt, eggs, juice and coffee in the morning by Tony. Highly appreciated and recommended.

Very noisy at the night time due to traffic on highway 93/95 junction and the owner is very annoying, not professional at all. He was the only one working in breakfast room; telling everyone very rudely that you’ll have to get everything once in breakfast or you won’t get it later even during the breakfast hours.

The owner of this hotel was incredible! Super personable. Quiet stay and the room was a great size. Only thing I would say is that the floors could use a clean as our little guy was crawling around and his legs were dark from the dirt. Otherwise I recommend staying!

The owners of the Lodge make this place that much better. The rooms a very clean, and updated. We very much appreciated the stocked kitchen area with full fridge/freezer, stove and microwave. The BBQ area is also great. The owners made waffles every morning for all of the guests. The value of the rooms is very reasonable. We would recommend to anyone, but especially if you are travelling with a family and need extra space like we do.

Great little hotel! The hosts are incredibly accommodating and friendly. We would come back here simply for Tony, Donna and Julie - they are incredible hosts! One, or all 3 of them are always around, ready to help make your stay the most enjoyable. Easy check in, great location, the room was very clean and well stocked. Lovely little table and chairs outside to have a coffee while enjoying the view. We will definitely be back!

What a spectacular little home away from home! Donna is the most gracious host! Even though we arrived late due to a long day of traveling she was there to greet us and show us our very comfortable room. It is outfitted with everything that you’ll need and more. Super clean and comfortable. You can see her pride of ownership. The breakfast was delicious, and warm and had a fun atmosphere talking to people from around the world. Donna gave us great advice for our next adventures. I would have given this experience 11/10. Look no further book this hotel!
