"Hotel was clean. Felt safe. Great price. Headboard controls for HVAC were a little wonky but worked ok. Bed was super comfortable as were the pillows. Bath towels were heavy quality and full size. Super convenient for Elizabeth Line. Convenient to get to Heathrow. Tons of nearby shopping and great restaurants. Staff was friendly and coffee was good. Would definitely recommend and I plan to stay here again. "
