We love Bob W! It is clean, comfortable and cute. It even has a washer/dry in the room, which is a huge plus for people who want to trave light but want to wear clean clothes-- just I wish I knew it when I booked the hotel. It is also very considerate to provide the UK power adapter whcih is another huge plus. The only thing we don't like it the low water pressue in shower, and tube bottom is not flat and presents risk of falling when taking shower.

We were very impressed by the cleanliness of the unit - it was also larger than others we had looked at. The separate areas were perfect for two parents and two teenage sons (the boys especially appreciated the two separate blankets on the pull out sofa). The surrounding area was really nice (loved having a juice kiosk and sandwich shop on the doorstep) and had a subway station at the end of the street. The only slight negatives would be walking up three flights of stairs with our large suitcases and the unit didn’t have air conditioning so was hot as hell when we arrived - we opened the windows and it had cooled by the next morning…. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again!

This was the best place to stay while I was working in London! Absolutely wonderful experience and so amazingly located with all shopping bars and dining you could ask for!! Literally just outside your door is an abundance of amazing East end London spirit and just a walk away from the Uber cool Shoreditch. i stayed in one of the studios for almost 3 weeks and this place felt like a home away from home. The convenience of having a kitchen and washing machine was awesome! And you have groceries just 2 mins walking distance. I run a lot so seeing the tower bridge and London bridge took only 10 mins and even ran to Buckingham Palace which only took 45 mins. However there’s also the 3 minute walk to the tube Aldgate East or Liverpool st stations which allow you access to all of London! I also took advantage of their gym access even though it was a 10 minute walk. Communicating with management was impeccable and so quick to respond with any query. If you enjoy where all the action of East London and want to live like a Londoner without feeling like a tourist, this is such a wonderful place to stay!! I look so forward to staying at their other properties all over the world!! Thank you so much for making me feel so at home Bob!!

The communication with Bob was exceptional with a quick turnaround in replies and a genuine desire to improve where possible. The apartment was clean with the exception of the cutlery. The kitchen was fully stocked with the most important basics. The underground and convenience store are close by. The apartment has quite a bit a noise from the busy street below which wasn't a surprise but should be taken into account if noise is a problem. Overall a quite enjoyable stay.

Area was very noisy with multiple sirens from police and ambulance throughout the day, but felt like especially at night. Had to leave small window open because it was very hot in London and there was no air conditioning. It was sweltering hot at night and difficult to sleep. Washer has dryer setting but couldn't figure out how to get it to work. Clean, close by 2 subway stations, liked two levels and kitchen area.

Commercial house er et bra sted å bo for familier.

Vi hadde et bra opphold. Praktisk med kjøkken når man drar med barn som ikke spiser mye til frokost. Beliggenheten var også bra. Vi spiste middag to dager i området slik at vi kunne gå til og fra.

Awesome place and great location

The stay was simply awesome. Communication with Bob W was easy and the keyless entry worked perfectly. The only small thing was we wanted to make up the sofa bed late at night and there wasn’t any bedding to do so in our room or the luggage store. Other than this it was amazing.

Top Lage, die U-Bahn Stationen in der Nähe, je 4 bis Aldgate East bzw. 9 Minuten bis Liverpool Street zu Fuß. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in einem kleinem Tesco Supermarket in der Nähe. Wir hatten ein geräumiges Appartement für max 4 Personen. Moderne Ausstattung mit viel Liebe zu Details eingerichtet. Viele keine Extras, Steckdosenadapter, Ladekbel, Bügeleisen. Sehr Sauber, angenehm zu Duschen mit gutem Wasserdruck und gut funktionierendem Wasserabfluss. Die Küche war absolut top ausgestattet, wir hatten alles gefunden was wir gebraucht haben. Besonders seht nett war die Willkommenskarte und Willkommensgeschenk von Bob W. und Team. Das Einchecken, Auschecken und Kommunikation mit Bob war sehr einfach und net, das Team war hilfsbereit. Viele kleine Extras wie zusätzliche Dinge Küchenpapierrolle oder Nähkästchen konnte man in extra Lagerraum finden. Einfach top konzipiert. Einzig, unser Küchenhandtuch und manche Badetücher waren nicht gut durchgewaschen bzw gehören ausgewechselt. Dies hat Bob W. an den Wäschedienst Lieferant auch weitergegeben. Für Eingenbedarf hatten wir die Waschmaschine/Trockner benutzt, sehr praktisch, wenn man mit Kindern reist :) Viele lokale Sehenswürdigkeit sind zu Fuß erreichbar, andere sind mir U-Bahn bzw. Bus ebenfalls schnell unter 1h erreichbar. Ich und meine beide Kindern haben die Aufenthalt in London in Bob's Apartment sehr genossen und würde absolut weiter empfehlen!

To begin with we didn't realize that there wasn't a lift. Carrying luggage for a family of five was difficult. Second of all there was hair on the floor of our apartment. (We had 2) The one apartment was on the street and the noise was bad. Air didn't work so we needed windows open. The apartments are spacious and the bathrooms are nice. The washer worked well but the dryer not so well. On the second day our code didn't work. We called four times and got no answer. Emails are answered on the second day which is fine unless you are locked ouit. Finally another person opened the door but we were still locked out of our rooms. I don't think I would ever again stay at a place that didn't have an on-site person. But we knew that going in that there was not going to be one. Close to the Tower of London so that was convenient. Restaurants are plentiful and varied around so that was a plus. All in all, just not my cup of tea. The next time I will go with a place that has a front desk person and someone to take care of the kinks. I am sure for most people this would be a great place.
