Hotel staff were friendly and timely responded to our request (eg getting extra blankets). The hotel room was quiet and dark which is essential for a good night sleep. The hotel was located somewhere between two tube station and subway lines that requires a bit of walk (within 5-10 mins). There are supermarkets nearby for essentials. Overall good experience.

The staff were wonderful—very friendly and helpful. The room was exceptionally clean, and the entire place was quiet and well-maintained. The surrounding area is filled with restaurants and supermarkets, and public transportation (buses and trains) is just a short walk away. For Muslim travelers, there's a large and beautiful mosque only five minutes away on foot.

Affordable option near the city

Affordable aparthotel within 20 mins walk of the city and close to lots of good stuff in east London. The room was spotless and felt relatively new. The staff were friendly and helpful. The shower wasn't amazing but it was hot. All in all, can't complain

The room and facilities in the room were great, clean and in great condition. Not far from Shoreditch and Central London by bus or car. The area is abit run down compared to other surrounding areas but as the property is a great and close to other good areas I wouldnt let that deter you.

Staff are extremely polite, easy check in, my room was very clean and modern. It was a lovely stay even though I was only there for a night! Their Expedia messages were not working so I ended up ringing them for the check in link and they picked up straight away to help. The area isn’t the best but not terrible. It was a 10 min walk to the nearest tube station with easy access to bus stops as well. Thank you for having me :)

Very clean and well appointed property, reasonable sized rooms, and attentive staff. Self-catering, so don't expect full hotel service. There will be people who are put off by the area. I know the East End so I wasn't, and I appreciate the easy connections to the City and elsewhere. I you want to stay in a glamorous part of London, this isn't for you, but as a convenient and pleasant place to stay at a reasonable price, this fits the bill.

El apartamento esta genial, somos un matrimonio con dos hijos adolescentes, pedi por favor dos camas grandes y no cama y sofa y asi lo hicieron, y hemos dormido muy bien, muy limpio... solo se rompio el grifo de la cocina el primer dia y no lo arreglaron pero no era inconveniente para nosotros porque se podia abrir. Lo unico "malo" es que la habitación estaba poco ventilada, no tenia ventana, tenia una gigante pero no se podia abrir y aunque se ve que tenia un sistema de ventilación a mi me daba un poco de claustrofobia... Esta alejado del centro pero muy bien comunicado. Es un barrio muy multicultural, pero se veia gente trabajadora, no lo hemos visto nada peligroso aunque es verdad que madrugabamos y por la noche no saliamos.
