"Best all inclusive I’ve been to. The service was outstanding. Special shoutout to Baby Face and Lisandro. Also, the staff doing kids activities by the beach/pool, bartenders at the pool and lobby and really just too many to name. Pool was incredible, beach was prestige, plenty of chairs and daybeds for all. Restaurants had good variety and were accommodating to all guests. Spa was also lovely. Can’t wait to go back. "

"We had a great time ofr my daughters 11th birthday. Pokeman and Scuba Daddy from the entertainment staff were amazing and rest of their crew too. Food, beach and eveything was perfect 10!"

"We had constant problems during the entire 12 day stay! We spent alot of money on this vacation in the Dominican Republic at this RIU, as we did last years trip at the RIU Ohco Rio in Jamaica. This Trip at the RIU Republica (Adults Only) in D.R. We had people entering our room when we had the Red Sign on the door to stay out, while we were on an Excursion Had someone putting Beers in our refrigerator, which I had them to come in and remove from from our room. Because, we dont drink beer. Not only was someone coming in our room unauthorized putting unwanted items in our refrigerator but then coming in the next day and drinking them, while we were out of the room. The Manager was supposed to lool back at the Security Cameras and let us know, even after our departure. We felt and believe other things were missing. We constantly had to see a Manger literally everyday about something. The Manager Angelo promised that information as well as adding our points for that stay to my RIU Account for all the problems and inconveniences (WHICH NEVER HAPPENED, NO POINTS, NO RESPONSESBACK TO SEVERAL EMAILS) . My Fiancée is Handicap and things and rooms were difficult maneuvering around. Showers without grab bars. The other Manager Ms. Laura and a Manager Victor. They would take care of a small issue. But, for Mr. Angelo the Manager we had to interact with the most. Im absolutely 💯 % completely disappointed with him for not following through on finding out and returning out emails."

"The whole place was immaculately cleaned and well kept, even the entire beach was raked clean every morning as I did my sunrise walk. The staff was so friendly and accommodating, so many got to know your name and went so much to make the vacation fabulous. Our first all-inclusive and the food was pretty good. "
