The apartment is an ideal place to enjoy the best of Punta Cana, feeling at home; with a tennis and paddle club, a beach club with an infinity pool, restaurants, The Hard Rock Casino and the Oro nightclub.



This beautiful apartment offers you a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere on the same level with direct access to the garden.



It has 2 rooms. The master is equipped with a king bed, closet and bathroom. The secondary room has a cabin, closet and its own bathroom.



The day area, which in turn is the backbone of the apartment, is made up of a fully equipped kitchen, a large dining room and a living room with a sofa bed. From the living room, guests access a terrace for private use to enjoy in the company of family and friends, which in turn allows them to enjoy the common areas of the condo directly from the apartment.

* Cana Bay/Hard Rock Golf Course - 18 holes ($ - Green Fee not included)



Plus, you can get a Hard Rock Day- or Night Pass for access to more restaurants, pools, and entertainment. (It must be requested 48 hours in advance and is subject to availability.

I am in the area and available for any questions from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm (08:00 to 21:00), after those times I only receive emergency calls or messages.



The residential area is considered one of the most successful and safe in the Bavaro area, with a total of 18 holes on its golf course. A quiet environment, surrounded by pleasant and fresh flora.



Our residential complex is very accessible by taxi and/or car, we are located in the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino area.

We provide a pick-up system to and from the airport for an extra cost. You can use Uber within the city, but they are prohibited from picking you up at the airport. You can rent a vehicle or golf cart if you only want to move around within the project.



- ENERGY CONSUMPTION IS NOT INCLUDED in the rent. The cost of this service will depend on the use of each client during their stay. As a welcome, we give them an average of 30kw for free. The approximate cost of energy is 20 Dominican Pesos per KW, you can pay in cash, local bank transfer and Airbnb (consider that we must add US$7.00 bank transaction to the initial amount when paying for Airbnb).

-Before your arrival we recommend stopping by a supermarket, in the accommodation you will find drinking water, coffee, sugar, laundry detergent (one wash, the rest is on your own), dishes, conditioner, shampoo and body soap. Each customer is responsible for its replacement.



- Cruiser bikes are available to rent (includes delivery and helmet), based on availability. The rental cost depends on the number of days.



- Golf cart rental upon request, the price and availability will depend on the dates and number of days.



- We can supply a portable baby crib for free upon request and subject to availability



- We charge a security deposit of US$300 to cover possible damage to the property, it must be paid in cash upon arrival and will be refunded upon departure after verifying that there is no damage to it.
