"No towels available. No interest in getting any for us. Otherwise nice clean place..had to go to counter and ask for pool towels. Very poor quality . "

"Yes, cleaned room every day. Staff was wonderful. Adult pool was my favorite place. Only problem was kids in the adult pool claiming they paid the adult price."

"A few things about this place. The food was bland and they need to have something different than hot dogs and hamburgers. It is in Mexico so tacos and taquitos or even quesadillas. The buffet was just ok. The restaurants offer foods that you can pay for too but they were not tasty either. The staff was amazing tho and everyone was so friendly and helpful. I wished I would have known about the bar at the top of the hotel before we left it was nice. get there early so you can get a cabana. Have to say that Adult only was pretty nice too."

"The grounds were well maintained but the property is extremely dated and in need of updating. The food is marginal at best. Staff were incredible though and the view from our ocean front room was nice and the bedding was comfortable. Overall though there needs to be updates and the food selection is limited to a buffet and two restaurants. "

"First room was ok but the black out shade broke and we ran out of body wash. We let the front desk know and they didn’t do anything about it. We tried to upgrade to a “suite” and all they did was put us in the same room but with a terrace. And the “suite” was disgusting. There were boogers in multiple places, mold around the fridge, the shower was dirty, and the amount of times I heard the doors slam on this floor was insane. Never staying here ever again."
