"Beautiful resort hotel. Convenient location - 15 minutes walk to the Malecón boardwalk. If you don’t want a timeshare presentation, don’t sign up for any free things offered after you check in. We did not do all inclusive. Often took Uber to restaurants. Enjoyed the quiet pool, ocean view and sunsets from a nice room, comfortable king bed. "

It was such a thoughtful and meaningful touch. In the adults-only area, Nacho and Rafa were always incredibly attentive, friendly, and helpful. And the dinner prepared by Victor Reina was absolutely amazing—it truly made the evening a unique and unforgettable moment. Thank you all for such a wonderful experience. "Location, service, cleanliness. I had a good stay. That being said, food choices were limited, with only two restaurants, it feels like lots of repeat menus. drinks were good. most of the staff was courteous and helpful, however, some staff was noticeably rude."

"My hotel room was spacious and perfectly restful and quiet. All staff were kind and helpful. I loved the location. I spent a few hours a day at the nearby Oasis Beach, which is a 5-minute walk, right behind the La Isla shopping plaza. Oasis Beach is relatively uncrowded, with more locals than tourists. For more excitement, a quick taxi ride or city bus would take me downtown."
