" Overall it was great place to stay. The kitchen could use some outlets, There are no outlets in the kitchen and we had to move the coffee maker into the living room to use it. The tv in master doesn’t work. We did all inclusive half the time and cooked and ate out the other half. Host was great. I would book again but the unit needs a few updates. The resort is beautiful and the staff are very friendly and provide great service. "

"I had the best stay in this condo. It was very clean and had everything I needed to make my stay comfortable. I liked the close proximity to restaurants, grocery stores and short Uber from downtown. The complex was beautiful and well maintained. I really enjoyed the pools and beach access. I would definitely stay here again. The host was also very easy to communicate with."

"There are rooms in the "5 star hotel" and privately owned condos. This condo is the latter and is older. The resort surroundings are beautiful so renters just need to know that they are not booking a 5 star room and adjust their expectations. Having said this, the condo was fine for our stay in Puerto Vallarta! It was clean, and the plumbing and appliances worked well."

"I was never able to check in because the hotel didn’t have my reservation in it’s system. I was there for about and hour trying to figure things out, I had to call my bank to file a fraud claim. We had to spend all day trying to find somewhere to stay. Worst vacation ever due to this."
