"Its not called Ocean Breeze, it’s Mayan Palace- after that confusion and them trying to pitch is on buying into the owners program before we even checked into our room…. It was a pretty nice place. Friendly helpful staff, good food and a beautiful lobby. Probably wont go again, but it was nice."

"We have stayed at this property before and really enjoy it because its not too large yet has restaurants and great service. This time we wanted to avoid the all inclusive rate as we intended to take most of our meals off site and so booked this trip through VRBO. Outside of a small departure date mix up which the host handled with us very well, the trip couldn't have been better."

It would have been nice to have electric outlets in the kitchen for small appliances, but otherwise, it had everything we needed. "I had the best stay in this condo. It was very clean and had everything I needed to make my stay comfortable. I liked the close proximity to restaurants, grocery stores and short Uber from downtown. The complex was beautiful and well maintained. I really enjoyed the pools and beach access. I would definitely stay here again. The host was also very easy to communicate with."

"Organized, clean, comfortable, new refrigerator/freezer, new washer/dryer, new TV…. Lots of windows provide good views of the bay and pool area. The grounds are in excellent condition. The pool is large, and beach chairs are comfortable. Pool restaurant pricing is reasonable and the food good. Convenient location. "

"There are rooms in the "5 star hotel" and privately owned condos. This condo is the latter and is older. The resort surroundings are beautiful so renters just need to know that they are not booking a 5 star room and adjust their expectations. Having said this, the condo was fine for our stay in Puerto Vallarta! It was clean, and the plumbing and appliances worked well."
