This time we wanted to avoid the all inclusive rate as we intended to take most of our meals off site and so booked this trip through VRBO. Outside of a small departure date mix up which the host handled with us very well, the trip couldn't have been better."

"There are rooms in the "5 star hotel" and privately owned condos. This condo is the latter and is older. The resort surroundings are beautiful so renters just need to know that they are not booking a 5 star room and adjust their expectations. Having said this, the condo was fine for our stay in Puerto Vallarta! It was clean, and the plumbing and appliances worked well."

"I was never able to check in because the hotel didn’t have my reservation in it’s system. I was there for about and hour trying to figure things out, I had to call my bank to file a fraud claim. We had to spend all day trying to find somewhere to stay. Worst vacation ever due to this."

"The staff is very nice and helpful. The rooms were very clean.the bed was comfortable. You can hear the church there is a lot of restaurants nearby decently priced. The malecon is nice and close.you get fireworks every night at 9 o’clock. there is a oxo right next to the hotel. I have stayed there for 28 days. It was a nice stay. Would go back "
