Everything was good and clean. The location was nice, but the only issue was that the shower water was always cold. Also, if you don’t mind noise from outside, such as the nearby church and music, it should be fine. Other than that, everything was good.
My daughter and I appreciate the clean room, we appreciate the details the personal putted in their work.

No hot water
TV did not work.
BUT the staff were extremely nice. If your room is facing the park, the noise at night is extremely loud. We asked to be moved to the other side and they accommodated our request which was very helpful. Great location and bare bones hotel room. But no hot water was why I gave it a poor rating.

Love the old vallarata charm and the view is absolutely incredible. At first i was hoping there was air conditioning, but just that little change in elevation makes it perfect, plus having a corner room gives you a view over the city to the north.
Room was clean. Staff was amazing. There was no plug-in in bathroom so shaving and blow drying hair was hard. No light bulb in lamp, lighting was poor. Hotel location close to Malecon.
The hotel is in real good location the only problem was some one went to the room even if we leave the tag for no disturf they open my lugage and the safe box

Be room was spacious and clean. There was no hot water at 6am.
When I told the guy at the front desk, he smiled. I’m guessing this is a normal occurrence for the property.
Fantastic Fantastic Place
Great staff

Location is prime 2 minute walk from the Malecón. Staff is super friendly and the entire hotel is very clean. It can get a bit loud because of the live music that the play outside of the hotel but it was tolerable. Overall I would recommend.
Clean and right on the malecon. Rooms have amazing ac, breakfast is available for a small price 10/10 recommend we loved it !
If you get the chance reserve the hot tub in the fooftop you’ll have an amazing view of the cathedral
Super recommend this hotel. It’s not parking lot but the public transportation is great. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Thank you Cristian for your service and support.
This was a super clean facility with individual a/c in the room. Parking is difficult but walking to local shops, restaurants and boardwalk/water front is super easy! Oxxo literally next door. Beautiful well kept plaza right in front of hotel. Hot water was an issue the first day but was corrected wirhin 2 days. Make sure your breakfast is really included because it is very misleading.
Great property. Good location. (Little loud)
Rooms clean. Housekeeping services excellent. Front desk nice. Early check in late check out for a fee. AC in room works great. Breakfast was awesome. Breakfast peoples are really friendly.
Only one complain. Elevator did not work.
We had a great stay.
The hotel did not have a lift service, the rooms are clean and with good finishes, the cleaning staff was very friendly, the only mishap was that the reception staff was not well trained when eating at the hotel they told me that breakfast was included and from one moment to the next it turned out that I had to pay for it, the price is affordable approximately 8 dollars per person but they must be clearer with the benefits that the hotel includes, at no time did they explain to me that the hotel had a jacuzzi I found out at the 3rd day.

My friend and I stayed here for 6 days. Unfortunately it was a "never again" type of experience for us. I would not recommend this place to anyone out of good conscience.
The positives:
- Safe and convenient location. The hotel has easy access to Centro and Zona Romantica. Oxxo and a CitiBanamex ATM are right downstairs, and there are quite a few dining options around.
- New rooms and clean sheets.
The negatives:
- The biggest problem by far was the shower, which did not have hot water for most of our stay. During the first night, the receptionist told us to just turn the knob again and let the water run for 5 minutes, but the water was still cold after 10 minutes. It got barely lukewarm after 30. Maintenance was not available at night to help with the issue. Once the maintenance guy arrived the next morning, he was able to get us warm water for a while, though it cold again in the evening. This problem persisted throughout our stay, and we complained at least half a dozen times. We discovered that warm (not hot) water was only available for short periods of time in the morning, and it would remain cold for the rest of the day. This was totally unacceptable and we told the staff as such.
- The road noise coming from Calle Juarez can be excessive. The church bell also rings every 15 mins, and on the hour through the night. Ear plugs are highly recommended for sleeping.
- The bed was firmer than a new leather couch.
- The bathroom was not very cleaned super well before che
Room was very nice and clean. Staff were very nice. Great access to the Malecón. Price for breakfast was too high, can go out to eat for cheaper better food.
The room was great. Super comfy and clean.
The negative reviews about this property are just wrong.
The hotel is near to everything. And the zone is super safe and tourist friendly.
