The staff here is amazing! Courteous, attentive and super friendly. The hotel is probably the cleanest we've ever seen, and our room was immaculate everyday when we returned from our outings. Staff were very professional and kind through out our stay. Food was generally good with always many options. Bartenders were able to fulfill any drink order and frequently came around when sitting at the beach or the pool. Our room and the hotel were clean and modern. There were usually ample seats around the pool and beach, but it was a little discouraging when guests saved their seats and left them for quite a while. Fiesta night was very enjoyable with the special entertainment.
