"When we arrived our concierge, Julio was amazing at the Exhale club check-in. One of our pools was closed for renovations, so we were allowed access to the Secrets, pool and Rosewater restaurant. At the Secrets pool, our pool side servers named Edwin and Roger were exceptional. At the Pan Asian restaurant our server Fernando was amazing as well. our server at the Rosewater during breakfast Jose was also great. Oh, and we can’t forget the cleaning staff who took care of our room, exceptional job and thank you very much."
