"After a precarious drive up, we were blown away by the views and pool at this property. It is breath taking. There is a wonderful restaurant just up the road and a fantastic town below. Really great place to bring groceries, sit by the pool and relax. We had a fabulous spa day in the town, also. LOVED this stay and hope we can return!"

It was remote and peaceful with wonderful views but accessible with a car to get to Pisa, Florence, Siena, San Gimignano, Tenuta Adamo winery and other places if you choose. "We stayed in the Garden unit for 9 days in mid July. The property is beautiful and Alessandro and his family are wonderful people and great hosts. They were very accommodating to our family by amending the pool hours. The property is perfectly situated to see many great areas around Bologna and all are within about an hours’ drive. The only issue we had was the heat. Unfortunately there were heat warnings throughout this part of Europe in July and the property is not set up yet to deal with...
