"Great stay, would book it again"

"This was the perfect house to have a family and friends birthday celebration! The host was very simple to deal with and he was extremely helpful, always with a smile on his face! The surroundings were great and very close to the beach in Viareggio.Webcould not be happier with our stay!"

"We have now stayed here a few times and it is by far the best property we have ever stayed at. The house is spotless and very well stocked with everything you need to cook with. Every time we stay, it is like no one was there before, it is that clean. You can tell that this is a property that is loved and not just just a holiday rental. The garden and pool area are immaculate every time. Communication with both the owners and the property manager, Cesarina is excellent. We love this place!"

"Fantastic rustic house in a great location. We enjoyed a very peaceful stay. There are great places to visit locally, but above all, we enjoyed ambling in to Barga. Fireflies every evening and bread van every morning were a highlight! Lots of options for eating out and a bbq for evenings in. Perfect for us."

"We enjoyed a wonderful week in a super clean house with big garden for our dog and a nice pool, which was perfect for our kids. Antonella was super nice and helpful. The location is perfect for familiy with kids and dog. Viareggio and the beaches in Lido di Camaiore are close by and reachable by car within 10min. We will come back!"

"A wonderful house on a good location. The kitchen could use a makeover."

"It is a very nice, authentic house with a pleasant garden. The house has 3 bedrooms with very comfortable beds. Our teens (16 and 17) had both there own bedroom which they like on this age. The kitchen is well supplied and fits perfectly in the style of houses in Toscane. The garden has a very nice pool and is totally fenced which was perfect for our dog. We visited Lucca, Pisa, Florence and we went to the see. We had a perfect stay. Thank you"

"What a Quaint little place. Elise and her family were great! They have the cutest little paradise very close to many sightseeing areas. perfect for my husband and I to relax after our daughters wedding in Tuscany. "

"Awesome host family and the view from the garden is legendary. Worth a stay! Grazie Marco and family!"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our week here and Luca and Samantha (and all her family) made us very welcome. Don’t miss eating at their restaurant, Le Macine del Monte Croce, down the road. The house is very comfortable with everything you need and the views are stunning. Walk along the path that runs behind the house. Lots to explore in the Garfagnana region and we had a day in Florence too. An easy day trip if you use the Villa Constanza park and ride off the motorway - take the tram into the...

"Gorgeous mountain home nestled into a leafy peak overlooking the valley. So rejuvenating. Stone, timber, big fireplace in the kitchen. We absolutely loved our time there."

"Lovely place with beautiful pool and very nice owners!"

"Lovely house with outstanding views."

"Very good"

"What a find this place is - better than I expected - beautiful apartments and grounds and pool are superb - you can walk into lucca takes about 35 mins - but to be honest it's so nice to eat at the apartment and sit outside looking at the beautiful surroundings"

"The house is built in the traditional Tuscan style and beautifully situated, overlooking a valley and commanding impressive views. The representative/ hostess was extremely helpful, and, spike good English. There was a selection of wines available at a reasonable 7.00 a bottle, though guests are advised to stock up with supplies before arriving, particularly for breakfast the next morning. Two slight niggles: there was a shortage of waste bins: one small one the the kitchen for organic waste,...

"We selected this home in order to explore many different areas in the Garfagnana and it was the perfect jumping off point to do so! Our hosts were lovely and helpful. I would definitely recommend and hope to return in the near future for longer excursions."
