Upon arrival- met by client manager Monica who was so lovely- very helpful and couldn’t do enough to assist with any issues or questions. She showed me the accomodation- A great little retreat - very private and secure, quiet and close to all Sth Yarra has offer. Tram at your doorstep as are all the shops. Big screen tv with Netflix and all cable channels. Full kitchen and bathroom- Upon check out-Mami on reception was very friendly and helpful. Thankyou ladies for putting a smile on an old dogs...

Fabulous location on the river, for walks or rides on hotel bikes (they supply helmets), tram stop at the door - 15-20 minutes from CBD. Rooms are quite dark, facing on to internal courtyard, but this was a bonus in the summer heat and they are very well appointed and a good size.

These guys went above and beyond for our wedding stay. Couldn’t recommend it more!

Stayed here when we came in to Melbourne for a concert at the Palais. easy access from public transport, lovely leafy setting, next door to Aldi and ten minute walk from Palais. perfect

Liked everything especially the location.

Although this property is a little dated it was excellent. The place was very clean and the friendly staff made our stay enjoyable. The bed was very comfy.

During this time of self isolation I have been in Melbourne for medical reasons and the staff at Quest have been very supportive during such a difficult time.

Most comfortable bed I’ve ever experienced. Everything was modern and made sense. The big window next to the bed was amazing. I will definitely come back. Cafe next door is delicious.
