A nice stay
Tiny but comfortable rooms. Wi-Fi not always working well. Towels not always changed (but available upon request). Friendly service. Good breakfast.

Overall I got what I paid for. In most areas the hotel was more than acceptable, comfortable bed, good breakfast options, quick and easy check out. However I would warn that the rooms can be quite noisy, as it is located next to a very active railway, and while we were there building works. A few complaints I do have is that the Wifi did not work at all in our room, and when we inquired about this they did nothing to try and resolve it. Additionally to this, the rooms were incredibly hot, and the adjustable air conditioning didn’t seem to do much. Overall, it was by no means bad, and definitely a good value option.

The room was clean, breakfast was delicious and the area was safe. However, it was too noisy at night and I found a piece of hair in a dessert at breakfast.

Bedsheets had stains on them, room was very small and hard to move inside, other than that everything was okay.

Room looked like a prison cell, bed uncomfortable which I eventually worked out to be a broken slat (and discovered that a woman had menstruated all of the mattress in the process) smelt of drains on a night in the heat and air conditioning was useless. Liked the graffiti and edginess of the area.

AC was broken in room and made stay impossible. The rooms are really ugly and too small for price. Working on getting my refund as I write this review.

Simple and great price. If you don't need to be in your room much it's perfect. Walls a bit thin so a bit of noise from the others, but not a big issue for me.

There was a lot to like about this hotel. They kept things clean and the staff were helpful and friendly. It is well placed because you're in the New Town area, which is away from the party zone in the Old Town. You can also walk to most places, but the trams, buses and trains are all close by. It could do with a bit of maintenance in places and closing in the shared shower with a screen would be a good idea because the water goes everywhere with just a shower curtain. But overall a very good option if you don't mind shared facilities.

The lady at reception was lovely, she allowed us to leave our bags. Check in was smooth. Room was small as expected. It was ok - just not for me.

Good place, good atmosphera, good vivbes. Easy to go to city center with Tranvia 17 and 27. Only you need remeber when pay de city tax, because the employeers don't remember it.

Très petite chambre avec forte odeur d'humidité... Rideau de douche qui colle à la peau lors de sa douche. Petites serviettes. Pas de télé dans la chambre et prises mal disposées. Odeur désagréable dans l'ascenseur. Très bon petit déjeuner. Personnel plutôt sympathique. Proche gare et tramway. Places de parking payante.

The best thing I can say is, that there is always an employee at the reception. Breakfast was horrible better look for a local bakery nearby. Very loud because of street with cobblestone and tram.
