"The property was extremely clean, has a great view and every detail has been thought, i.e. they even had beach towels for us to use. The swimming pool is very big. The hosts are extremely friendly and make you feel very welcome and at ease. I would absolutely recomend to friends and family and hope I get to come back. Thank you Tiago and Sonia."

"I will say that arriving to the location was challenging with a car. The receptionist was too fast with directions to get our rental safely parked (nearby grocery store overnight). I realize she's been at the job awhile so it may seem quite simple for her. We did appreciate the apartment but the entry door, 3 flights up, is literally at the commune kitchen. Busy area with guests! The view on top terrace was the best asset."

The location is ideal in terms of access, but extremely noisy foremost because of the oft-mentioned bus depot, and also a school right underneath during the day. Note that this is a residential building and the entrance is not obvious. Look for it as the street bends by the street number. The facility has a common kitchen, but no refrigerator. Ultimately, considering the demand in this city, and the geo-position of this place, it is worth the...

"Clean, in a walking distance to the center. Nice helpful stuff, speaking English too.. They call it hostel, but it has private WC/sower. Good enough for this price."

I didn't like the fact that the bedroom lacked plugs, only two in the room (both ocuppied with tv and lamp) and none in the bathroom, which in these days, with cellphones and computers to charge + hairdryer, shaving machines, etc, is not very comfortable."

"I stayed for 3.5 weeks and everything was very good. The staff are friendly and will help you with anything you need. The room was nice and the location is excellent. I recommend using earplugs in the night since the walls are thin and also for preventing outside noise to wake you up."

"No a/c. Literally dribbles of water comes out for shower. No place to put luggage except on floor. No help like towels or toilette paper in building; must go outside and down street to get them. No elevator for bringing suitcases up and down on hot day. "
