A staircase leads guests to a wraparound deck overlooking picturesque Gulf and Bay views from this 2-story retreat. Underneath this stilted home, the hot tub and outdoor shower create an impressive outdoor space to enjoy with loved ones or man's best friend.

A spacious and inviting great room welcomes guests with vaulted ceilings and wood floors. Natural light brightens the space through skylights, resulting in a bright and airy feel. The elegant kitchen has pristine white cabinetry, salt and pepper granite countertops, and a large kitchen island that doubles as a 4-stool breakfast bar. The adjacent dining area can seat up to 8, making mealtime gatherings even more special. A floating staircase separating the kitchen from the living area adds an interesting architectural dimension to the home. With an oversized sectional couch and plenty of seating in front of the TV, the living area is ideal for relaxing and unwinding. There's also a laundry room for convenience.
