1. I had a few problems while there. I was waiting in the lobby for 2 hours waiting on my room to be ready. I went to the after being frustrated and my room was ready and no one contacted me so there's no telling how long i was waiting for nothing. 2. The next day when we came back from a day of activities we came back to the room for a min then as we left out I noticed the door wouldn't lock. The ending result is they had to replace the electric lock and issue me a new card key. That incident cost me another 2 hours and the least they could've done was give me a gift card to the restaurant but i received nothing.

Got there early and was able to use the amenities without a problem. All of the staff there are extremely helpful and accommodating. Rooms were extremely clean. Hotel is huge, so be prepared for long walks to get to where u want. Don't even bother using the elevator, as it takes 15 mins or so to even come. Everything was great! Would def stay again!!

The staff of the store is rude and the staff of the bars are more rude and making fun of customers .. the water parks staff is great the front desk staff is good .. the 37$ property fee need to be gone it is really not .. necessary .. prices of bars and food and the store are stealing from ppl it is really bad . Do Not buy from inside the resort get ur needs from out side u will save at least 300$
