"This condo unit is clean, comfortable, and quiet for our off-season weekend stay in Pt Ludlow. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked.Communication with the host, however, was a challenge. I tried to contact them a week in advance of our stay with a question and it took 3 days for a response. After we checked in, we found out that access to the community pool required a special pass. The host never responded when we sent a question about this. After several phone calls, we were able to coordinate with the pool manager on our own to figure out how to get the passes."

"Unfortunately, upon entry into this unit, the very first thing that overwhelmed me was a very obnoxious smell of mildew and wetness. And lots of chemical sense from cleaners, and other things, I tried airing the unit out to no avail in the middle of the night finally discovered the source of all of the smells, and it ends up being damp red bags, full of water and molding inside each closet, so the unit clearly has an issue with humidity and mildew and or mold. Not at all this day I was anticipating."

"Photos don’t do justice to this gracious, welcoming home. Beautifully decorated and supplied, it provides quiet comfort and gorgeous views overlooking the bay and marina. Owners communicated ahead of our stay making check-in easy and a welcome basket and lovely bouquet of roses from the garden greeted us on entry. Heron House celebrates the herons that do daily fly-bys with sculptures, paintings, and collectibles throughout the house. A large well-stocked kitchen makes it easy to “stay in” and the restaurant at the Inn is five minutes away to “eat out”. Kayaks and fire pit wood are provided outside. A beautiful, quiet respite and perfect location for our family of three adults to celebrate a special birthday. "
