"The room was fine but I was disatisfied with the service. Check in was ok if a little impersonal. There was plenty of free parking at the front of the hotel. The room wasn't seviced on my second day there and when I rang for towels and teabags I was told I had to come down to reception and get them myself. I found the staff were not particularly friendly - no smile or greeting when leaving in the morning or on my return, no apology for not servicng the room. The view from my balcony was also very disappointing - bins and rooftops. I wouldn't stay again. "

"We stayed with our one year old daughter and had a wonderful stay. The 2 bedroom cabin was perfect for all of our needs, we had a swim in the pool and went to the playground directly next door. There is also a great cafe a 2 minute walk away for your morning coffee. We walked to the Adelaide zoo and had a wonderful day out. Would definitely stay again. A hidden little gem for family holidays in the heart of Adelaide "

"Welcome to 1950. The decor of the hotel is very dated. But it was spotlessly clean and well maintained. Don't expect powerpoints by your bedside and have fun climbing into the bath for a shower whilst navigating the plastic shower curtain. In saying this it's a pretty decent hotel for the price being charged. I've stayed in modern hotels that had mold in the shower and peeling paint. But not this one. Albeit dated, it was in excellent condition. Good location with numerous places to eat nearby. Car parking was limited and had to park on a side street. "
