I took several photos of the condition of the rooms and was appalled at the state of the bathrooms which were totally misrepresented in the photos you have on line that showed brand new white bathrooms. ur bathroom was at least 20-30 years old, filthy and mouldy. The shower was in the bath which was dangerous to get in and out of and very slippery. No toilet lid on the toilet and the room itself was dirty and the walls grubby. The bed had old doonas which were not even in a cover. I can provide photos if required and would like to see a refund for our stay. Not happy at all!
Bed very saggy in the middle otherwise can’t complain.

Carpet clean enough but needed a good vacuum to remove confetti sized litter.

Overpriced for location and age/condition of rooms.
Smoking allowed in rooms resulting in very unpleasant odours.
B-Double truck parallel parked very close to room entrances before leaving at 6am which would have awoken guests .
Staff were friendly and food and beverage selection was good.
