OK but only just.
Good location. Door hard to open- fly wire lock tricky. Main bedroom floor very creaky. Could not get all TV stations. Could not connect to WiFi. The shower needs urgent attention. Both hot and cold taps make a deafening noise, but taps elsewhere are OK, although kitchen sink one's hard to turn with rheumaticy hands. Am surprised that the whole set of units haven't complained when shower turned on! Noise is beyond acceptable levels without a doubt. Heater adequate but not brilliant. Wouldn't warm you in winter!

HI Gillian. Thanks for taking the time to review and so sorry you were unhappy with your stay. We'd have been more than happy to answer any queries. There are some issues in Port Fairy area as a whole with Channel 9 at the moment and we could given you some help with the WiFi and getting it working for you. We have sent a plumber around to the units as someone called this morning and after your review we realised there must be an issue. Please don't ever hesitate to call if you think something is wrong, we're more than happy to get things fixed once we know about them. As for winter rest assured there are electrical blankets on beds to keep you toasty warm!
