Scotshaven is a well equipped house close to Port Fairy's well known 'Pea Soup Cove" on South Beach. This family friendly home is the perfect getaway for long summer days or a quiet winter weekend in your favourite small town without breaking the budget.

The 3 bedrooms offer a variety of sleeping options, which means whether you are a family or on a couples weekend away this home will suit. Large living area with plenty of seating as well as a little dining nook for those long family dinners there never seems to be time for in day to day life. The living room also comes with its own piano if your family includes a budding maestro!

The kitchen has been nicely updated and offers a dishwasher as well as plenty of storage and counter space. There is a separate laundry room with both washing machine and separate dryer.

There is air conditioning and heating right throughout the house as well all brand new appliances. No expense has been spared for your creature comforts, always important on a family holiday when you deserve a holiday as much as anyone else.

The finishing touch is of course the lovely fully secured grassed backyard with well established garden beds which makes for a great setting for the kids to play. These gardens are just made for those summer evenings enjoying the barmy night air with a well deserved glass of wine.

Holiday friendly accommodation

A very clean and comfortable house. Disabled friendly with a ramp at the back door, good facilities, a nice secure yard for dogs (although no undercover area in case of rain) and close enough to the main shopping area. Driveway suitable for a boat and car. Lovely beach walks on the doorstep and quiet surrounds. Perhaps a vacuum cleaner, a mop and bucket and some bbq cleaning equipment would be helpful. A very relaxing stay.

Port fairy little gem

This home has ample of space we didn't need to bring anything down except beach towels the kitchen is well appointed so is the backyard with plenty of outdoor furniture and you are within 300m down to the beach. The driveway was a lock up for our pets and also for our boat and Amarok

Excellent Winter Break

My partner, our Labrador dog and myself had a wonderful weeks holiday at Scotshaven. Communication was excellent, the heating/cooling system worked well, the house was spotless, the kitchen was well equipped with lots of cutlery, utensils and cooking facilities and we both loved walking the dog to the beach and to the centre of the town. We would definitely stay here again.

This premises is just lovely; not fussy, but just very comfortable, with a very well set up kitchen.

Great place for a long weekend!

We really enjoyed staying here with our 2 boys and energetic pup. The location is minutes away from south beach and we loved wandering down there or even just listening to the waves crashing whilst in the backyard. The house is neat, clean and accurately reflected in the photos. The backyard is a great size and was very secure for our dog. There were no surprises. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.
