So inviting, the first thing I was drawn to do was to have a cuppa in the sunshine on the verandah. So clean, everything I needed, had such a nice feel to it, it was great value for money.

The grounds and cottages were exceptionally clean and pleasant to stay at. Very easy to find and check in/out. Very comfortable and quiet location for a weekend getaway, highly recommended. Thank you.

The cottage was beautifully nestled amongst trees and flowers and against the hill. Even though the weather was squally the cottage was cozy and inviting.

Excellent overnight stay in this unique property. The cottage we booked had wonderful character and real country charm, and the 2.5 tier open plan layout makes for a cosy environment to share with the whole family. Being slightly outside Port Campbell, the area is quiet and peaceful at night and great for some amateur stargazing. We requested a late check in and this was accommodated without an issue. Our only two suggestions are to improve the plumbing in the upstairs bathroom, which lacked water pressure, and brighten the lighting in the main living area. All in all, we wouldn't hesitate to return.

Sweet cottage with an old time country feel!
Cows and steers in the field across the road, lambs and a very friendly goat across the driveway all added to the country charm. Ocean views in the distance reninded us we were right on the Great Ocean Road. Town was only a short drive away. The owner/staff was friendly, and cheerful. The cottage was very well equiped and comfortable. We loved the flowers, in the garden, and on the table in the room. We enjoyed our stay and would come again.

Great Ocean Road
A great place to stay if you are travelling along the Great Ocean Rd and want somewhere near the Twelve Apostles. It’s about as far from melbourne that you’d probably want to drive in 1 day so a good place to stop. The cottage itself was good - clean, well equipped, easy to find, however it is pretty pricey for what it is. The local town closes by 9pm so if you do a sunset visit to the Twelve Apostles make sure you’re stocked up and prepared.

A nice cottage within a stone's throw of the major attractions of the great ocean road. Quiet and pleasant with the basics needed to have a comfortable stay while exploring Victoria.

Cosey cabin that's fits all the family
Very cute cosey cabin. Gorgeous timber features and atmosphere. It was able to fit the whole family plus another couple which is hard to find so that's awesome.

me and my gf have a lovely night stayed here. we also permitted to operate our own bbq station, and the car can be park by the side of the cottage. The outdoor view is amazing. The experience is very relaxing and intimate

Amazing place to stay just out of town
I had no real idea of what to expect and was blown away. Never met the staff as office was unattended - I arrived without having changed my watch from WA time BUT office window had full instructions re cottages, who was where and what to do. Not only was the cottage fully equipped BUT there was even an upstairs area. It had two storeys and cottage set in a great bushland setting far from the neighbouring cottage. Disappointed that I only had time for one night. Never met the office crew in the morning either as left early. Again there were instructions re leaving early. This time I was on Victorian time.
It's like a fairy tale.
Lots of things in cupboards. You just have to look :)
Slept well here.
Ben was in charge of cooking.

During the booking process online, the price of the room went up over 40% by the time we paid for it. Because it had taken some time to get to that stage of the booking and we had had a long day and it was raining, we went ahead with the booking reluctantly. There was no direct number to the accommodation and we had trouble finding it. The wifi connection was no good and we had to use our own hotspot. We could not get the TV to work and the TV in the bedroom where the bed was the only one made up only worked for DVD, and we had already seen all their dvds. The mattress wasn't comfortable. The towel had a stain on it. There were flies in the bedroom.

Nice accomodation but attitude of staff is bad
Wanted to book for 8 but the system is limited to only 6 so I tried to book for 6 instead as I have 3 young kids with me. However, when I got there staff told us that I have only booked for 2 pax for an accomodation which can accommodate 6 pax. She kept stressing that she is very upset and there is not enough water for us n told us to make sure we return the accomodation as it is originally handed to us. However，despite being upset, during the orientation of the room, she did provide us with info n what we need to do and cannot do, etc. She has also willingly advised us when we enquirer abt nearby supermarkets n opening hours. Feedbacks on the guestsbook were good. Perhaps suitable for small groups. It is near to a cemetery though.

good location around Port Campbell
We were happy we chose this place to stay in on our Great Ocean Road trip. It was in a separate building with a parking spot. It was a clean and warm place (temperature dropped significantly that night). It had air conditioning and a small but equipped kitchen. We stayed there only one night but I could defiantly stay there longer. The distance to Port Campbell is around 3 km, easy access with a car.
