"Great room, great stay on the 3rd floor. Helpful management and staff. All my requests were accommodated. Housekeeping was excellent. Old air conditioning system in the room and minor issues on cooler nights. No microwave oven in the room."

"The room was clean and a good size. Toiletries were a good quality. The staff were friendly and always polite and helpful. The breakfast was excellent with lots of choices. The restaurant was good and considering it was a hotel the prices were excellent. Every day there was also happy hour at the bar between 4 and 7pm. Location could not have been better. Close to lots of restaurants and a short walk from the station and museums. We also had parking at the hotel, which was easy to access on arrival by pressing a button at the side of the locked gate."
