"While the lobby and bars make a stunning first impression, the guest rooms are a massive disappointment. The accommodations feel stuck in 2010, appearing dated and dingy rather than upscale. Housekeeping standards are severely lacking; our shower curtain was covered in mold and mildew, which is unacceptable. Furthermore, the balcony was in terrible condition and lacked quality seating. The service at the pool area was equally frustrating expecting one staff member to serve hundreds of guests is unrealistic. Consequently, our food was delivered to the wrong table, and we endured a two-hour wait for basic beach snacks. This property has potential, but the guest experience currently fails to meet even basic expectations."

"Older building, stairway weren't very clean, noisy next door renters, could not rest peacefully. For one night, it was bearable but I would not like to stay there afain."

"We arrived later in the evening, and the hotel was difficult to find using Apple Maps. It kept telling us the hotel entrance was actually on the opposite side of the hotel. Once we found the hotel we were able to valet. You must pay for a valley separately. You cannot add it onto your room. We walked into the hotel, and I asked the girl sitting behind the desk a question and she seemed bothered as she was sitting there on her cell phone. We went to the room and the room was very clean and very modern. The only issue I had with the room was the bed was extremely uncomfortable and very hard. We went up to check the pool out the next day and it looks as though one point there might’ve been a restaurant or bar out there, but it looks like it was abandoned. The hotel was like a ghost town there really wasn’t anyone there other than the one lady sitting behind the desk at night and there was another lady in the morning who was actually very friendly and nice."

"Beautiful boutiquey hotel in downtown Fort Lauderdale, close to Riverwalk and Las Olas shopping and restaurant. 30 minutes to airport. Walkable area. Resort fee, taxes as well as parking hike up the price though. No free parking. Leaving at 5am, the front desk gentleman was nice enough to walk me to my car in the garage. Would stay again."

"Perfect stay. Everything you want. Shuttle to and from airport. Shuttle to cruise port if needed ($15 pp) Great room. Clean hotel, safe area. Dennys and McDs next door."

"Everything exceeded my expectations. Even the pricing wasn’t bad for the area of Coral Springs. The staff were amazing and I felt went above and beyond."
