"The toilet smell bad. its as if someone urinate all over the toilet when we check in.. we check out early due to power failure early in the morning. The staff was rude when we went and ask her regards the power failure. she raise her voice to my husband when was ask about the matter. its just rude and un professional as she said its not her fault in a very high pitch. we hope the management will do something about this matter in the mare future."

the hotel is pleasant to stay in.. staff have minimal English, so don't expect to have help with K.L. tours, the shuttle bus only appears to hold limited patrons, but great for getting back from K.L., had to change tours as shuttle had been booked out, with apparently only 8 people booked. This place is better than the hotel review, Outstanding resort set in beautifully presented gardens, I was blown away. The room was large & the bed very comfortable. Breakfast was included in rates and it had everything you wanted & more. The staff were helpful & friendly. The only minus, you need Tpt to get around, a metered taxi to station avg price 13 ringet. Conclusion - It's only 30 fast minutes from Central KL but worth staying, I'd definitely return again.
