Great staff

Mar 29, 2019

I have flown 3 times with AirAsia and they have always changed my flight date to a later one than I have chosen. That's very annoying and I won't fly with them again.

Care to be taken flying Malaysia Airlines from Australia. They have a record of trying to maximise fees from travellers originating from Australia. My Qantas frequent flyer status helped with my check-in and comfort during flight.

A great flight. Courteous and friendly crew

Oct 16, 2018

Our seats were 8A and 8B Lots of empty seats in our quiet zone Many people sleeping across 3 seats My travelling friend, Norman, laid down on the seats in front of 8A and 8B mid way through the flight which were vacant He was woken up by one of the crew and forced to go back to his seat because she said these seats cost more as they had more leg room He was not using the leg room and only laying on the seats like other passengers He is 72yrs old and I feel this action by staff unreasonable. The seats were never used

Staff was lovely, the food was very heavy with carbohydrates though

Very uncomfortable seats, very narrow and there was no tv which in along flight is needed.
