Good hotel, bad location

It was a pretty decent hotel, comfortable and big room. The walls were thick but there was some very noisy guests, but that's not the hotel's fault. However, the location was not very convenient, there's a big highway right in front of it and the only way to cross was a walkway that was about 500m from the hotel. Also, not a whole lot to see in the surrounding area.

Pro: just next door to event attended. Quadraple room is suffice in term of space not crampy. Location nearby to Giant hypermarket, Petrol station, McD, clinics etc. WiFi service OK. Cons: The stairs are steep, unsafe & unconvinient to family with small kids. No hot and cold water at level. No iron at level 2, only 1 at ground floor afront counter. Room insulation is poor, noisy. TV channel extremely with poor reception no movie, cartoon or sport channel as claimed by staff at counter. Housekeeping staff talks with high tone while doing work among them. Overall judgement: Lots of improvement required.

Hotel is ok, difficult to find.

I went to Serdang for business, finished late and tired, straight to the hotel. Waze didn't help a lot when seaching for this hotel address. The hotel address is quite confusing. We end up spend about half an hour to find this place. The hotel staff wont share the location via whatsapp making it harder to find. At last arrived here almost eleven, hotel staff welcome us and for the book details. Since my booking is from expedia, the booking did not enter the hotel registry yet. He suggest to use agoda for better check-in experience. The are some confusion about out room because the hotel system did not syncronize with registry fro their main office. After discussion, the staff give us the room for two. The room is at level 3, so we have to climb stairs (quite high). The room is spacious and excellent for families trip. Basic amenities is there, soap,towels and tv.(but mind you, only tamil channel is the clear one, hahaha). Air conditioning, bath and toilet is ok. Got big window for view in the room (two queen bed). Overall, the room is just nice, one of the economical choice for travelers. For a budget travel, this is the best hotel for you guys. Thanks.
