"Excellent"

"Beautiful suite, great location between the beach and OSJ! We used our room to sleep and that’s it. I found the chaise couch super uncomfortable to relax on and couldn’t watch tv while in bed. But otherwise, the room was nice. We didn’t really utilize the amenities like the jacuzzi, laundry or kitchen but it was nice to have close by. The noise from neighboring La Placita was a little loud but wouldn’t stop us from staying there again!"

"This property is steps away from the beach, there are 4 pools with ample seating which was fantastic! Steps always from at least a dozen restaurants including Christianson, STK and Tayzan. Great getaway!"

"Vanderbilt hotel, too expensive for what they offer. Definitely not a 5 star hotel. Resort fees (!!) for what reason? Room fit and finish wad pointing to a 2-3 star hotel. Noisy area around it. You will not get a quiet relaxing experience, from weird bird calling at night (all night) to leaf blower going on at 6.30 -7 am daily. Room Suite, 1 Bedroom, Ocean View (Biltmore)"

"Room was tiniest room I've ever stayed in. Not even space to open our suitcase. There was also something weird about check-in. They reached out to us twice asking what time we would arrive. We knew our room wouldn't be ready, and that was fine! But when we went back at 5 PM our room still wasn't quite ready. Not sure what was up with that. Also, the young lady working at the front desk didn't seem to have much information to share with us about the area or the town. Should have offered a map of the area or something. "

"Lively resort. We loved our view. The grounds were clean and well maintained as were the rooms. The ocean had double red flags the entire time we were there but we still had a great time in the pools and sitting on the beach. The location is walkable or affordable uber ride to restaurants. There is a pharmacy next door for snacks and drinks. Overall we were very happy with the trip. "

"Pools and grounds are gorgeous. The whole place has a beautiful resort feel. Ocean view is the best on the north shore—crashing surf on two sides and calm swimming lagoon to the west. "

"Stayed for 2 nights. The shower wasn’t our favorite but otherwise it was a nice place. The rooftop was beautiful. When I had issues getting in, I called the host and he answered quickly. Took us a minute to figure out parking but that was typical for San Juan. 20 minutes from old San Juan and Ubers were affordable (we were advised to avoid driving in old San Juan)"
