"Clean room with basic necessities covered. Friendly staff. AC runs well. Continental breakfast with good variety. Parking availability is one of the best features due to location. Across the street is one of the Tren Urbano stations. "

"Was really cold and the air conditioning did not work properly, no blankets only sheets, only one rolll of toilet paper in the whole place I had to go out at night to a restaurant to get more when we ran out, and they charge a 20 to 25 dollars cleaning fee that isn’t specified on website and you have to pay to get in the room. Extreme ant problem we saw them crawling all over the room. overall seems like a scam and bad place overall do not recommend to people visiting under any circumstances we WILL NOT be going to this place ever again if we ever go back to PR with a place this bad on our minds hopefully there are other better places here that can wash unpleasant memories away from this place 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND "

"This property is steps away from the beach, there are 4 pools with ample seating which was fantastic! Steps always from at least a dozen restaurants including Christianson, STK and Tayzan. Great getaway!"

"Pools and grounds are gorgeous. The whole place has a beautiful resort feel. Ocean view is the best on the north shore—crashing surf on two sides and calm swimming lagoon to the west. "

"When arrived instructions were clearly listed for check in, upon walking into the property we were unsure if the room had been cleaned, under the beds has tissues and some a tips. Towels were not clean that were provided. This lead us to have to purchase our own. Water to shower was SCORCHING HOT and unbearable. The water will quickly cycle from cold to hot to BURNING hot with the only way to fix it was to shut off the water wait a few mins and do it all over again until shower was over. I reached out multiple times over my stay and didn’t get consistent responses regarding fixing the water, or the WiFi that was not working for the duration of my stay. In short, what I paid for was not ideal and caused for the stay to be more of a hassle. "

"Stayed for 2 nights. The shower wasn’t our favorite but otherwise it was a nice place. The rooftop was beautiful. When I had issues getting in, I called the host and he answered quickly. Took us a minute to figure out parking but that was typical for San Juan. 20 minutes from old San Juan and Ubers were affordable (we were advised to avoid driving in old San Juan)"

The host was incredibly responsive, kind, and always available to help with anything I needed, whether it was recommendations or quick questions. The place itself was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described—if not better. It had everything I needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay, and the location was perfect for exploring the beauty of Puerto Rico. I especially appreciated the little details that made the experience feel special and personal. Overall, this was a 5-star experience. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Puerto Rico. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!"
