"The staff was wonderful and very helpful. The room was very clean and the bed comfortable. Liked having the rooftop pool to relax. The location was perfect. "
"Staff was amazing. Rooms very nice . Pool lovely . Massage took some arranging but very reasonable price by NYC standards. Front desk connected us to private tour to Valparaiso which was much less expensive than app offerings. Enjoyed neighborhood and restaurants. Expedia had discount price at time we booked— would reconsider if we had to pay full price . Lovely hotel. Great breakfast too. "
"The service was outstanding and breakfast delicious. I had issues with the rooms. The first I was given the toilet was damaged and the room I was moved to was dirty. They solved the issue.
One thing that I assume they cannot change, is the bad odor that comes from the bathroom. I called reception and they said that when it is too hot outside the fumes from the sewer comes up the tubes. I had to open the balcony door to let it out. It was bothersome but I preferred to stay rather than moving into a third room. "
"This was a fantastic hotel in a great location in the Bellas Artes neighborhood of Santiago. It is a small boutique-type hotel, so not a lot of amenities like pool, gym, etc., but it's quiet, located directly across the street from the Bellas Artes museum, and walkable to many nice neighborhoods. It felt safe and the staff was incredibly helpful and thoughtful. The room was large, clean and quiet. We had a little difficulty with the safe, but they helped us out quickly (user error). The breakfast was very typical and good for Chile. I highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in Santiago! "
"Very friendly staff. Spacious room (suite). A pretty good location; 10 minutes walk to the top 2 Santiago attractions: Cerro Santa Lucia and Cerro San Cristobol, and 5 minutes walk to the charming Lastarria neighborhood. The roof top cafe serve decent food, but with limited choices. The included breakfast had somewhat limited choices, but of high quality. The vintage building has some charming decor."
