"Loved this hotel. We came back 3 separate times as Santiago was our home base. For the price we paid, we were very satisfied. Shared bathrooms were not a problem and there were enough that it almost felt like we had our own bathroom. Everything was clean and well maintained. The staff was delightful and very helpful. "

"The room was on the smaller side but about what we expected for a big city. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was quiet, so we slept well. We appreciated the central location, within walking distance of many sights and dining options. The rooftop bar view is beautiful, but we didn’t love that smoking is allowed there."
"Excellent service, convenient location for sightseeing, near restaurants.
Staff professional and attentive.
Emanuel at the bar makes some of the best cocktails in Santiago plus his customer service is ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"
